Kanga, a fast-growing startup, partnered with Henis Group to build its team and support rapid growth. We've placed key hires including a Fulfillment Manager, Product Designer, and Marketing professional in newly created roles designed to take critical responsibilities off the founders' plates, while also supporting seasonal staffing by ramping their fulfillment operation to 25 temporary associates during peak periods.
As Current Tools grew from 70 to more than 200 employees, Henis Group supported its expansion through both permanent placements and temporary staffing. We placed key hires across operations, engineering, and leadership, including an Operations Manager, Engineering Project Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, Shift Supervisor, and Draftsman.

We continue to fill temporary openings, often within days of a request, to help Current Tools keep pace with demand.

We've also supported their shop and production operations with temp-to-hire talent, providing flexible hiring support across multiple levels of the organization.
We've helped this defense manufacturer strengthen its operational leadership during a period of rapid growth. Most recently, we've supported key hires across Production Planning, Maintenance, and Fabrication, bringing in the expertise needed to improve efficiency and support continued scale.We've partnered with Taube Family of Companies to support hiring across multiple companies within its portfolio.
